About
CityVest
CityVest provides investors with unique access to investments into U.S. institutional real estate private equity funds. Usually the best performing institutional funds have million dollar investment minimums. CityVest gains access by creating feeder funds which aggregates around $5 million of investor capital. Not only do we gain access to these institutional funds, but because of our multi-million dollar investment size, we negotiate enhanced investment terms.
