Tim is a Partner at LedgerStat Capital, drawing upon more than 26 years of traditional asset management experience and a passion for technology. He credits his early training at IBM and NCR for his understanding of technology, which has played an important role in his investment management career. This love of technical innovation led him to immediately embrace the world changing potential of the Bitcoin

protocol. Today his area of concentration is in the performance and security aspects of Bitcoin including secure storage and key management solutions. Tim is also supportive of the platforms that enhance Bitcoin and help it scale including: The Lightning Network, BISQ, OpenDime, Samourai Wallet, BTCpay and other open source emerging platforms that are enhancing the most important features of Bitcoin. Prior to LedgerStat, Tim was a Managing Director at BlackRock and before that spent most of his career as a Chief Equity Officer and Portfolio Manager at John Hancock Funds.
