Rick Dude is Managing Partner of Flywheel Capital Management, a private equity company focused on pre-IPO transactions on the secondary markets. Along with leading the operations and investment strategy of FCM, Rick is CTO of Rocket Dollar, a Self-Directed IRA company.

Rick is a serial entrepreneur and technologist, building and maintaining complex data systems for 15 years. He has 2 exits via acquisition, and very familiar with the venture capital process.

In addition to technology investing, Rick is an avid rugby player, and serves as Senior Player and Treasurer of the Austin Huns Rugby Football Club. Flywheel Capital Management is active in the Austin community, and is a current sponsor of the club.
