Ms. Cole is a 25-year multifaceted financial executive with direct lending experience delivering comprehensive financial solutions for companies in the commercial and corporate capital market space. She has experience in raising capital, deal sourcing, origination, structuring and portfolio management for senior and subordinated debt and equity positions. More specifically, she has experience originating complex financing structures such as syndicated deals, asset-based loans, mezzanine/warrant and equity backed deals for clients throughout various stages of the growth cycle. Ms. Cole has originated and managed over $1.5B in loans. Ms. Cole was an Executive Director with JPMorgan Chase covering Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas for 15 years. Her depth of experience is established in originating and leading multi-bank syndicated deals for publicly traded and middle market size companies; companies originating initial public and bond offerings; and multinational clients with footprint throughout the energy global markets. Her proficiency also includes clients in healthcare, technology, manufacturing, transportation and food & beverage industries. Ms. Cole was a Principal with Stonefly Investments, an alternative investment firm focused in the energy sector specializing in contrarian investments cash flowing and profitable in low commodity environments. Responsible for leading a team in various capacities including, strategic investment, marketing, fundraising, investor relations, and compliance. Led the Stonefly team to a successful first fund capital raise focused in oil and gas investments during a time when environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors dominated investment portfolios. Ms. Cole holds a B.S in Finance from the University of Florida.
