She is responsible for formulating effective business strategies to maximize asset performance across GSH’s portfolio. She leads a team of 5 seasoned real estate professionals, with the responsibility of executing the business plans for GSH’s fast-growing portfolio of value-add multi-family assets. Amy has a track record of success in her prior senior property management roles, excelling at developing, executing, and managing growth and turnaround strategies for multifamily assets, improving performance at an accelerated pace, and optimizing ROI. Amy applies this expertise to help GSH excel by empowering property management agents to meet investor objectives through reducing overhead and enhancing revenue via contract negotiations, budgeting strategies and cutting-edge platforms. Amy holds an Associate of Applied Business Management (Honors) degree from Central Ohio Technical College.
