    Dr. Nansen G. Saleri is the Chairman, CEO, and co-founder of Quantum Reservoir Impact (QRI), a leading advisory and advanced analytics firm in the upstream oil and gas industry since 2007. He is considered one of the industry’s preeminent authorities in reservoir management. He is also the President of the Kristin Saleri Art Foundation.

    As the former Head of Reservoir Management for Saudi Aramco for nearly a decade, Dr. Saleri led efforts in introducing Best-in-Class programs in waterflooding and Maximum Reservoir Contact wells, most notably in Ghawar, the world’s most prolific oil field. Prior to that he worked for Chevron for 18 years.

    In 2006 he was the recipient of the Society of Petroleum Engineers John Franklin Carll Award, and he is both an SPE Distinguished Member and Distinguished Speaker. Dr. Saleri is also cited among the industry’s game changers in the book titled, "Groundbreakers – The Story of Oilfield Technology and the People Who Made it Happen" by Mark Mau and Henry Edmundson (2015). More recently, he was featured as one of the industry leaders profiled in the book, "Learned in the Trenches – Insights into Leadership and Resilience Compiled by Two Women Leaders in Energy" by Maria Angela Capello and Hosnia S. Hashim (2017).

    Dr. Saleri currently holds six patents, and he is a sought-after opinion leader on global energy issues with credits including the Wall Street Journal, Houston Chronicle, Reuters, Bloomberg and CNBC.
