The U.S is approaching an important crossroads that will define the outlook for commercial and residential real estate. There is a record volume of capital waiting on the sidelines for a wave of distress but so far, very few distressed assets have come to the market. While some investors are waiting for opportunities at lower values, other investors are capitalizing on low interest rates to bolster their leveraged returns. But even with the current situation, there are deals getting done and for the most part, financing is available. As private lenders, there are opportunities available to co-lend and/or co-invest.

  • Strategy and Criteria: Financing deals in today's economic market
  • Financial Solutions: Bridge loans, mezzanine loans and equity partnership opportunities
  • Development Spotlights: Deals in progress and upcoming pipeline
  • Sub-Market Opportunities: Bridge loans co-investment opportunities in Dania Beach & St. Petersburg
